Terms of stay
By confirming a reservation at IP PLUS POOL VILLA PATTAYA, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Policy
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the villa. Additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
Payment & Deposit
- Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to arrival. A security deposit may be requested upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to no damage or missing items.
Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa, furnishings, or facilities during their stay. The villa reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Smoking Policy
- All villas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the villa.
Noise & Conduct
- Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Pet Policy
- Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in selected room types only, subject to approval. A fee of 500 THB per pet per room applies, with a maximum of 2 pets per villa.
Safety & Security
- Guests are advised to keep personal belongings secure. The villa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of policy violation, damage, or inappropriate behavior.
